Originals are made to order and ship within 5–10 business days; gift cards and other ready-made items ship in 2–3. Non-personalized items can be returned unworn, with tags, within 14 days of delivery. Custom work ships 5–10 business days after you approve the proof and is final once approved. Leather patch hats carry a 90-day patch warranty.
