Shipping policy

Effective November 1, 2026

Where it ships from. Every order leaves our shop in Clermont, Georgia. We make the custom pieces and the Originals here; gift cards and other ready-made items are packed here too.

When it ships.

  • Custom hats and apparel: we email a digital proof within 1 business day of your order. Production starts the day you approve it, and your order ships 5–10 business days after that.
  • Originals (our own designs, made to order): 5–10 business days.
  • Gift cards and other ready-made items: 2–3 business days.
  • Business and bulk orders: the timeline is in your quote.

If a hat model or color is out of stock with our supplier, we'll tell you before production and offer a swap or a refund. Clearly labeled pre-order items ship on the date on the product page.

What it costs. Shipping is calculated at checkout by weight and destination. US orders over $100 ship free. We ship with USPS, UPS and FedEx; expedited options show at checkout.

How long it takes. Once shipped: US standard 3–7 business days, expedited 1–3 business days, international 7–21 business days plus customs. You get a tracking number by email the day it ships; tracking can take 24 hours to update.

Local pickup. Free, by appointment, in Clermont, GA. Choose pickup at checkout and we'll message you to set a time. There is no walk-in storefront.

International orders. Duties, taxes and customs fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included at checkout.

Addresses. Please double-check your address; we are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you provided. If a package comes back to us as undeliverable, we'll reship once you cover the second postage.

Damaged or lost packages. Arrived damaged? Send photos of the item and the box within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Lost in transit? We'll open a claim with the carrier and replace the order; we can't cover packages the carrier marks delivered that go missing afterward.
