When will it ship?

Production starts the day you approve the digital proof. Custom orders ship 5–10 business days after that, with tracking the day it leaves. US orders over $100 ship free.

Can I return it?

Custom work is final once you approve the proof. If the finished piece doesn't match the proof or arrives damaged, email photos within 14 days and we'll make it right.

How do I care for it?

Spot clean with a damp cloth and let it air dry. Skip the washing machine and the dryer; heat and tumbling are hard on leather patches and embroidery alike. Leather patch builds carry a 90-day patch warranty.

What files should I send?

AI, EPS, SVG or print-ready PDF are ideal. A high-resolution PNG usually works. Send the best file you have and we'll tell you straight if it needs work.

Can I order just one?
