The Richardson 224RE comes in 3 heather colorways with an adjustable fit. Order it blank, or add a laser-engraved leather patch with your logo, text or design. Every patch is engraved and heat-pressed in-house at Hem & Hyde in Georgia.

What sizes are available?
One size fits most; the adjustable closure fits roughly 6 5/8" to 7 5/8".

Is there a minimum order?
No. Order one hat or one hundred; bulk pricing is available for larger orders.

How long does it take?
All hats are made to order and ship in 5–10 business days.

What file formats do you accept?
PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, AI and EPS. Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS) engrave sharpest.

Can I see a proof first?
Yes. We send a free digital proof for approval before production.

Leather patch hats carry a 90-day patch warranty.

When will it ship?

This one is made to order in our Georgia shop and ships within 5–10 business days. You get tracking the day it leaves. US orders over $100 ship free.

Can I return it?

Yes. Unworn, with tags, within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Return shipping is on you unless we sent the wrong item.

How do I care for it?

Spot clean with a damp cloth and let it air dry. Keep the patch away from the washing machine, the dryer and direct heat; the 90-day patch warranty does not cover heat or water damage.
